A lot of time is spent trying to find our way through the maze of life. Often times we lose our sense of direction and get trapped in a corner. The word “trapped” has the ability to elicit an array of feelings like fear, depression, anxiety, and immobility. We allow these feelings to create havoc in our mind. Just remember, you do not have the ability to change circumstances that are out of your control, but you do have the ability to change how you respond to these circumstances. Feeling trapped is a state of mind, not a state of being.
